Paneer Jalfrezi
Indian receipe of Paneer Jalfrezi  is  a tasty and colorful dish which contains the main dish of Paneer. It takes 25 minutes of cooking time and easy indian receipe to prepare it. The ingredients are Paneer 1/4 kg, one onion sliced, one tsp of ginger garlic paste, half cup of red capsicum, baby corn flour, one carrot, three beans, one tomato, 1/4 cup of tomato puree, one tbsp of tomato ketchup, one tsp of red chilli powder, one tsp of coriander powder, a pinch of garam masala powder, half tsp of kasuri methi, one tbsp of lemon juice, one and half cup of oil and salt to taste.

                            Take a cooking vessel and heat a oil. Then add cumin seeds, sliced onions. Allow it to fry for 5 minutes. Then next for 3 minutes add ginger garlic paste. Now, add red chilli powder,
turmeric powder, kasuri methi, coriander powder and salt. Add tomato puree, sliced beans, carrot on simmer for 5 minutes. mix towards nicely. Later add tomato kethcup, capsicum pieces, finally add the paneer pieces and tomato pieces with four tbsp of water and keep it on high flame for cooking 5 minutes. Atlast, add garam masala and lemon juice mix it well.

Now, serve hot Paneer Jalfrezi receipe with rotis and rice.
