HEALTHY JUICY FLAVOR WITH CHERRY.

The cherry juice contains more proteins, vitamins, carbohydrates, fiber etc. It is the light food have in time of breakfast which gives powerful energy to the day. The ingredients used to make juice are one cup of fresh cherries, one cup of low fat milk, three tbsp of vanilla low-fat yoghurt, 1/4 tspn of cinnamon powder, one tspn of vanilla essence, one tbsp of linseed, almonds and sunflower meal.

*PREPARATION METHOD:
                                    Put all the ingredients together in the juice
maker and blend it nicely. Now, serve with slight ice cubes for chillness. It is favourable to all the ages.
