LATEST WINTER WARMER SOUP MINESTRONE.

The Minestrone soup is a delicious warm soup suitable for winter season and it is also good for health. It takes 20 minutes for preparation and 60 minutes for cooking. The ingredients used are oil, one large onion chopped, two cloves garlic sliced, 100g bacon or speck, 1/4 cup of tomatoes, two carrots diced, two sticks celery, one large leek diced, two potatoes diced, 1/4 cabbage torns, one bay leaf, 2.5 liters of water, five continental chicken stock pot, 200g frozen peas, one cannellini beans, ten fresh basil leaves.

*PREPARATION METHOD:
                                    Take a pan, pour the oil and allow it to heat and then add onion, garlic with no color. After that add bacon cook it for 1 minute. Then put in tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, celery, leek, cabbage, bay leaf, water and stock pot. Let it been boil, keep it simmer for 1 hour.

Before the end of cooking add peas, cannellini beans, basil and celery leaves.

Now, a tasty Minestrone soup is ready. It contains lots of vitamins, minerals, proteins to our body. It is good for children and it is suitable for evening snacks for kids.
