DRINKING MORE COFFEE LEADS TO INJURIOUS TO PEOPLE AGED THAN 55.

According to new study published that drinking heavy coffee linked to higher death risk for both men and women younger than 55 age.

It is published in online in the journal Mayo Clinic Proceedings. It is said that men who was more than 55 age having more than 28 cups of coffee a week i.e; four cups a day leads to 56% causing death from any diseases. It is estimated that from 1971-2002 nearly 43,727 men and women ages 20-87.

Whereas, Xuemei Sui assistant professor of exercise science with the Arnold school of Public Health at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, says that drinking one to three cups of coffee a day been harmless to health. But having more than four cups of coffee leads to harmful health.

She also said that caffeine in coffee helps to increase blood pressure and blood sugar level. Therefore, coffee is helpful for antioxidants.

Joseph De Rupo, lecturer for the National Coffee Associates of USA, says that about coffee research has still been discussed more. Although, people have a limit on their drinking coffee a day.
